You must be able to enter a binding agreement and provide accurate information. By using Qaalbi, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Qaalbi for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

Qaalbi is a discovery and connection marketplace. Unless Qaalbi expressly says otherwise, vendors are independent businesses, and Qaalbi is not a party to agreements between couples and vendors. Users are responsible for evaluating vendors, pricing, availability, contracts, insurance, licenses, and suitability.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Vendors must keep listing, pricing, contact, cultural-experience, and availability information accurate and must have the rights and permissions needed for all uploaded text and images.

Qaalbi may review, suspend, edit the visibility of, or remove accounts and listings that are misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with these terms.

Sending an inquiry does not create a booking or guarantee a response. Couples and vendors are responsible for their communications and any resulting contract, payment, service, cancellation, refund, or dispute.

Paid plan prices, billing intervals, renewal details, cancellation options, and any applicable trial or refund terms are presented before purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions continue according to the terms shown at checkout until canceled through the available billing controls.

Do not use Qaalbi to break the law, impersonate others, submit deceptive content, harass people, scrape or overload the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, test vulnerabilities without permission, or interfere with another person’s use of Qaalbi.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Qaalbi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate and promote your listing or the service. You may end this license by deleting the content, subject to backups and legal retention.

Qaalbi may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Qaalbi does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, vendor performance, listing accuracy, or a particular outcome.
