Privacy Policy

We collect account and profile details, vendor listing content, contact-form messages, inquiry details, approximate location information used for search, and technical information such as IP address, device data, and security events.

If a vendor purchases a Preferred subscription, Stripe processes payment details. Qaalbi stores billing identifiers and subscription status, but does not store complete card numbers.

We use information to provide and secure the marketplace, create and moderate vendor profiles, deliver inquiries, respond to support requests, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations.

Qaalbi uses service providers for database hosting and authentication, payment processing, transactional email, maps and location search, application hosting, and operational support. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

An internal feedback widget may be enabled in a testing environment. It is disabled by default, and identifying account information is not shared with it unless separately enabled.

Published vendor profiles are public. Inquiry details are shared with the vendor the person chooses to contact. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards. We do not use personal information to sell advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, restricted service credentials, and database authorization policies, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update your account or vendor profile in Qaalbi. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

Qaalbi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
